"I recently had a scheduled appointment at Simon Med but was denied services because I didn't have the full payment on hand. Before this, I had spoken with a team member over the phone who advised me to discuss my copayment with someone in the office. While I do understand that I have a high deductible, I was willing to make a payment of some sort, but my offer was declined and my services were canceled as a result. It's frustrating that I couldn't proceed with care through this office being I had to wait almost three weeks for an appointment. Additionally, receiving a possible cancer diagnosis from the doctor and then not being able to proceed with my procedure is concerning. The front desk staff were also rude and lacked empathy for the situation. Overall, I feel that the facility's protocols are unfair to patients in certain financial circumstances. The fact that a staff member would even say to save up your money to come back and have the services done is completely outrageous and extremely disrespectful!! On another note, the front went from we can set a pay plan up to No we can't all in one sentence is ridiculous!!"

"Very fast my appointment was at 4, I was out by 4:20. Very nice also. I had to reschedule 3 times and they were really polite about it. Was able to get me in the same day, missed my morning appointment."

"The staff is excellent. Scan experience was well done. Still waiting on results though. It’s been over a week when told it should be 2-3 business days. Had scan on a Monday. Officially a week later and my Dr’s office had to call for results. Simonmed has now added a “stat” to the order. Will see how long it takes since."
