"For those of you not familiar, the West side of town certainly has newer facilities, better staff, & less "Riff-Raff" of the streets. This Sunset location is very clean with friendly staff and modern. I was in & out in less than 30 minutes."

"Staff is professional and friendly. Wait time was very short. Suggestions: The wait times to make appointments are too long. I waited twice over 40 minutes to speak to an appointment rep. Consider using a queue where the caller is called back without losing their place in the queue. I also suggest you create a patient portal for your results without using a third party. Overall, the service and staff are excellent. I recommend Desert for your imaging referrals if you have the time to hold to make an appointment. I am not giving a 5th star because of the long wait times to make an appointment. Desert needs to invest in a better system. Wait times of up to one hour are not accettabile."

"I had a great experience at this location. I needed a same day, unexpected x-ray and when I showed up, the staff was very helpful and checked me in. I didn't need an appointment. They saw me very quickly too. I was in and out in about a half an hour. The location (waiting area and exam room) was clean, spacious and not crowded. Definitely would recommend coming here!!"

"I use a wheelchair and I was greeted promptly with minimal wait time by a very pleasant woman who wheeled me back to the dressing room and assisted me as needed. Two kind people helped me carefully transfer into the wheelchair that would be used in the MRI room. The techs in the MRI room were courteous and efficient. When I finished there I was transferred back to my own wheelchair and was wheeled out to the waiting room to meet my husband. Top notch professionalism by all was why I rated the whole experience with five stars."
