"Wait time is always ridiculous, and they change my schedule time without letting me know. And the front desk, they speak politely but not with a friendly tone. Such like saying thank and please but with a monotone with no smile, does not feel welcoming. I’m a quiet person, I’ll come in check in and wait but waiting 50 mins - 1hr+ is ridiculous. This isn’t my first visit also. The staff inside are very friendly."
