"A very quick and easy process. The staff was knowledgeable and and helpful at this office. They told me about the original office that was trying to get into didn’t have a technician. As that explained why my appointment was cancelled many times. Needless to say the office was great."

"Worse check in experience ever! 3 times I have been directed to Simon Med for a back injury MRI/X-ray. First time I received a text for a 12:30 appointment requesting a 15 minute check in time. Got there at 12:05 to be greeted by a check in sign saying "out to lunch be back at 1:00, Scan QR to check in." I scanned and sat down. 1:15 I asked when I would be seen? "You are not checked in." I checked in again and waited another hour to be seen. Last time, two days ago, I needed a post surgery x-ray. Called to make an appointment. "Sorry walk-in only." I walked in and waited 90 minutes for a 5 minute x-ray. Worse ever process. Technicians are OK."

"First off. I was sitting in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours before. I was seen not good at all. Second, they messed up on my contrast die. Another mistake. My Doctor said he cannot read MRI. So now I have to go back. My Doctor said he did. However, see some little bitty blood clocks. But he's sure if they did the contrast die better. He would have a better understanding of what was going on with my lungs. Now we're talking about something that can take. My life away are caused me a stroke. This is delaying the procedures. I need to get done because of their mistake. My life is on the line. This is not good at all, very disappointed with this place. And yes, I have to come back. Wow on top of that, it costs so much and I'm gonna have to pay this again. That's not good at all. I think I need compensation."

"Odalys was absolutely amazing! I went in to get a Mammogram scan and she made me feel so comfortable, we all know that is not a comfortable procedure, she was so respectful and compassionate I am going to refer anyone to her at Simon med. She made it pleasant and quick! Thank you for having such a great technician working there! Maria Perez"

"I was canceled 2 hrs before my appointment and confirmed 4 times prior to the date. I was rescheduled the same day 30 minutes further. Upon arrival, was asked why my appointment was moved and I told them the only told me, “something came up”. I sat and waited more than an hour after my appointment time. Other patients that came more than 30 minutes after me were called before me. Once I had completed my appointment I was further delayed waiting until a copy. At this point I ask the lady at the front desk could I come back due to another medical appointment elsewhere. She stated no problem. I came back a couple hours later and still had to wait due to she said there was some confusion in the back. In over 7 years of using Simonmed this was my worst experience."
