"Extremely unprofessional.. had an appointment only for them to say they never received an order from my doctor, then I show her my emailed ordered and she states she needed a printed copy. I had my husband bring in a printed copy and attempted to reschedule but all of their appointments were gone, so I did a standby. After about about 20 minutes of waiting they’ll staff comes out and says they are not taking any more standbys. I explain to the staff what happened and he says there’s nothing he can do and even his manager would say the same thing but she was already gone for the day. Ten he looks at my order and asks if I have been fasting and I said yes actually I haven’t had anything to eat since yesterday then he says yeah I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do. He didn’t even attempt to help me, furthermore I find it hard to believe they never received my order. There was prof from my doctors office that it was sent. I’m going to find a different place of business to do my labs because I strongly dislike the service provided by this company and this location. Ridiculous!"
"It truly sucks when any medical office blares a tv set in the waiting room, but yours is worse than most. It alternated between the news and your loop of Quest ads, which became even louder. To compound the issue, my check-in process was botched. I was given a confirmation number and took a seat for my 6:20 appointment. After sitting for nearly an hour watching everyone else go ahead of me, I finally asked when it was my turn. They told me I wasn't in the system and to produce the email. I did, then they shrugged their shoulders and said it must have been a technical issue. No apology, no concern, no rush to get me in afterwards. When I mentioned the annoyingly loud tv, one Quest employee advised me to move to the far side of the room. Great, we're all supposed to herd to the other side because you can't turn down the volume? Lame. Bad enough I had to endure your EasyPay ads 29 times, but they were cranked up in case a patient is hard of hearing, I was told. What rubbish. There's zero need for this in the first place. The EasyPay info doesn't need to be given over and over on a tv set, just like I should not have been forced to listen to Jada Pinkett Smith's depression on the news and the bloodbath in the Middle East while I'm waiting in a blood testing center. How aggravating is THAT at 6 in the morning while you're fasting and without coffee? Sometimes I think you bean counters are so clueless, you have no idea what it's like to be on the other side. The entire Quest experience is annoying and quite pathetic. Blasting unwanted media news in our ears while waiting our turn makes your stupid freaking office the worst I've ever experienced in a waiting room. Congrats, you truly suck as a company for doing this. Guess I'll wear ear muffs next time? "Earth to Quest, come in please. It's okay to play some soothing, relaxing music instead of news so your customers don't have to be loudly told about the latest hate crime or yesterday's mass murder. It's very uncomfortable to listen to, especially at that volume. Wake up, you brain-dead fools!""
"Didn't know I needed an appointment. Scheduled one through the kiosk. Had to wait 90 minutes. After 20 they called me back. Very nice. Tashe drew my blood. She took her time finding a good vein. Told her I was a big baby when giving blood. She was very skilled and talked me through it. Barely felt it and it was done in a jif. Very happy with my visit today. Thank you Tashe and Quest."
"Excellent check in with appointment. Kind and professional staff. We were 4 waiting in the back at the two restrooms. Maybe have a lobby care advocate for those who need extra assistance to check in. My husband was waiting in lobby for me and a elderly female asked him for help in broken english with help on check in. Maybe have the lobby care advocate has language skills too. Other than that I have an excellent expereince."
"!! Do appointments, always !! This is my one and only place I go if i was assigned for any bloodwork from my doctor, and I was happy even since. Due to my health concerns, I had to do about 5 different bloodwork exams. I got results as usual the next day, when my doctor uploaded it only a week after. That’s all, always nice and proficient. By the way, your office is so much better working without a receptionist, just those little tablets and easy to check-in."
