"Fairly straight forward process's. I attempted to do a walk in initially and was unable to fur to not having a physical copy of my insurance card. Not having a reception is understandable but it's really inconvenient for a lot of the older patients that came in needing to make an appointment. My expirence was exactly what I expected.
