"My daughter faded and fell. She bump her head and busted her lip. The quest diagnostic center did not have ant Supervise or manager on site and the workers there had to call 4 times to get the supervise on the phone. They decline to do a claim or to give me the incident report number. They did not have a bed or coach to lay my daughter and kick me out on the waiting chairs outside the clinic. They provide water in a urinary can/vial and told my daughter - " do not drink a lot because you can vomit!" , because they were concern to clean more rather than the health of my daughter. I am absolutely in shock and you have to be on shame!!!!! I will never use QUEST again! This was my first and last time EVER!"

"They are not thorough with instructions when dropping off test. They said "when you come bring back the test, just come in and checkin on Help". We waited over an hour and never got in. When asked why they said they take all appointments first, then if time is available, they will call walk-ins. The facility is clean. The reps nice and friendly. Just have to get appointment first for EVERYTHING."
