"I do like Jared, I've had 43 years as a general contractor. He work on 4 projects in the past year. The first two were good, the past two unacceptable. A building 4" larger than the plans, a slab not to grade. Terrible, won't return my calls after I requested him to make the correction. He never showed up and I'm disgusted."
