"This goes to the pharmacy staff tonight... when someone is CALLING ABOUT ANTIDEPRESSANTS... do NOT make them feel un important and rushed off the phone!!!! It doesn't matter how busy you may be!!!! If I wasn't as strong as I am... that call might have ended my life!!!! To anyone reading this review... idk who that WOMAN pharmacist was but when ever she's on duty just take ur business to KROGER! I'd rather be HOMELESS for my ANTIDEPRESSANTS Than deal with the woman I just put up with."

"The store is very convenient and safe. I want to brag on Isaac who helped me out with my photos today. I had a couple pictures where the heads were cut off, probably my fault, Isaac still let me reprint the photos at no extra cost. I am super grateful! This is great customer service!"

"Best place to go when you want to be in and out in no time and they typically don't have any lines with the exception of the pharmacy. If you have no insurance then I suggest getting your prescription filled elsewhere b/c they are pricey. They've helped assist me with the photo printing process if I ask. They had some good sales surprisingly enough. Although the bonus reward points you receive when purchasing certain items have not been useful at least to me for the past 3 or however many years I've had their card. I did some research on how they're supposed to work but it's still just as confusing as ever and I haven't had any incentives nor discounts from the points I've accumulated. So I don't really know if that's even an effective method in trying to save the consumer money as they have advertised it to do. I would highly recommend that while checking out, they have the cashier simply give you an update on how many points you have and even go as far as to inform you on how many more points you'd need to get any discounts even if you choose not to use them at that time."

"I went to this location to get a photo made for a memorial service. The staff walked by me several times. I couldn't get the machine to give me a time when the pics would be available and so I rang the "bell" for service. Twice. Spending about 10 minutes just waiting on someone to help me. I watched one employee go into the back. Another employee more concerned about what she was going to eat and go back and forth from the register to the other employee to talk. No one ever helped me. I left without the photo for the service. I went to another location that was NOT a Walgreens. I will not be back. I called the manager about the incident. She asked me several times if I was sure what store I was at....I'm an intelligent woman. Hmmm I'm thinking YES. No customer service. Done with that Walgreens."
