"Yet again, Republic Service price increase is significant (almost $20 more per quarter) than our current rates, without any warning, notification or justification of the change. Last year someone had helped me lock in our previous rates when Randy's was acquired by Republic. I completely understand inflation and prices needing to increase however, comparing to Southwest Suburban Waste services, their annual price increase was $6 more per quarter, compared to the $20 more per quarter I am facing right now. Extremely disappointing and will be looking to change services soon. I also had recently inquired about getting an exercise bike disposed of and was quoted $97 - OUTRAGEOUS. This company has no regard for customers, and it's been very disappointing."

"They charged me for yard waste service from 10/01/23 to 12/31/23. I expected pick up for the last big clean up during our 60 degree weather on 11/19/23 only to find out they stopped picking up yard waste 11/09/23 and partially refunded those like me who paid their bill in full when due. Leaves are still dropping and I have 10 bags still waiting for a pick up. They are not out to service customers, they are out to do what brings them the best profit margin so beware. They can come pick up all of their trash cans now instead of the leaves."

"This place is a but more expensive than it used to be. But it is more consistent with prices. I went there 2x in the last month with a minivan 1/2 full of house project garbage, and they charged me $56 each time. The workers were super friendly too."

"Wow, seeing a real trend here... I frequented this place back when it was Randy's and always found the employees helpful and the prices fair. Since Republic took over they started charging 3x more for the same amount of construction waste and the workers are rude. Like a lot of other reviewers, I'll take my business elsewhere."

"This place has turned into the biggest ripoff in Burnsville. It used to cost me around $60 for a pickup load and they just tried to charge $111 for not even half a pickup load. Wanted $30 for 2 bags of trash (one bag was all styrofoam from a 43” tv and the other was all plastic bags from landscaping rock). I believe the other breakdown was $6 for the metal and $70ish for the demo items. Picture shown below for reference of what I was trying to dump. I politely told them No thanks and left."
