"I went kayaking and rafting this weekend Friday -Sunday over memorial weekend. I was with the Cliffs group, the owner was very kind and sweet and everyone was nice. Thank you! I just wanna say it’s a peaceful campground and nice spot! The rafting was fun but there are a lot of bricks and trees in the water to be ware of. (There is one spot where the water rushes down fast and u hit a tree if your not careful go around it if possible, ) we had our raft popped during the float trip cuz of the tree in the water! Our 2nd day stay it was interesting, we saw a dumped dog whom was swimming 8 miles following our group and swimming in the water the whole time! I kept bringing it into my canoe so it can breathe cuz it’s been swimming 5 hours! I kept telling my boyfriend I’m going to keep this dog if nobody claimed it by later that night, someone did take the dog home ( thank god) made me emotional but I’m glad someone took him home: what a amazing dog for swimming that far; My group did 11 miles both days and it’s a long route , make sure to bring enough food and water and drinks lol . It was fun. I live in Springfield mo and I am glad I came here for the first time over memorial weekend!"
"Friendly staff, they let you camp and don't bother you. River was like 15 feet away. Water crisp and cold and clean. Bring ur own firewood. The primitive campsites without power are back in the hidden area. Very nice!!! Not all prissy and stuck up like gypsy camp. My kinda spot. It's more gypsy style than the actual gypsy campsite across the street. Loved it!!"
"We’ve floated here a handful of times now and we love it. Last year I called around to many different kayak/canoe rental places in the area and this was by far the cheapest float I found. Always a plus! It’s also closer to NWA than most businesses I called. Another plus in our book! One thing I really like about this place is they allow shuttles up until 3pm. Perfect for those of us who aren’t morning people and prefer a later float. We’ve swam here, fished here, and floated. We love it all and will continue to be customers!"
"The location is ideal. A holiday weekend caused some reservation issues but nothing the property managers couldn't handle. Most were respectful guests and it was a nice family weekend. Hookup sites are 30A. No blackwater hookups at site. Dump on site. Dumpsters available."
"Stopped for a few minutes to walk the creek. The view is pretty, water was clear and a little cold this time of year. It was very peaceful."
