"Extremely unprofessional when it comes to communicating. Enrollment specialist consistently told me my son would start this August in their preschool program for months. I have email correspondence dating months ago. All the sudden a week before school starts they have a “horribly long wait list” from what I’ve been told after countless tries to push through insurance that it’s the insurance companies fault. Coming from a mother of a disabled child and not knowing anything about this.. it’s frustrating when you get no answers were given and us as the parents have no control. His pediatrician had also tried to get in contact with him in regards to the insurance issues and got no answers either. I didn’t get him enrolled in head start through the city because I was told he would be going to school there and now he is not enrolled anywhere at all because we’re too late."
