"Threw a package away for “not enough postage to forward”. Instead of giving the option to pay it you just lose what you bought because the system tells them to trash it. I would say you have a flaw in your system. So apparently don’t move or give them a forwarding address like you are supposed to even if you move within the same town."
"This was a nice post office look very clean. Stop here on my way through Arkansas. Keep up the good job. When will company learn to over right whatever system they are using and allow delivery to PO Box. This office had over 7000 boxes and we all get mad because Amazon says they can't deliver to a PO Box. I don't want my package delivered to my house they come up missing."
"manage to lose my package nearly every time I order something, on the rare occasion it isn't mis-sent it shows up covered in dust and usually beaten and battered. possibly the least competent post office I've had the displeasure of serving me. really disappointed in you folks"
"I've been living in this city for almost 13 years and have never received my certified letters correctly. No one attempts to knock on my door, EVER. It's literally never happened. I always have to go get them at the post office where i'm told they were logged as attempts being made. Most of those logs being days i'm actually home. My mail carrier loves to leave things on the lid of my box if they don't fit in the box itself. My mailbox is located across the street from my home so I've found boxes in the street before. I've been told usually that they don't do that. It was a fluke. Factor in I've lived in this city for 13 years at the same location and have the same mail carrier for most of that time. I have had my mail delivered to other homes countless times when again, I've been in this home for over a decade. When I complain about the mail issues it's either laughed off by the person behind the counter, or i'm told it will be looked into by the supervisor. Again factor in 13 years with the same problem. They don't "look" into anything. There's countless issues. It's hit or miss if I have great experiences with my carrier. I guess that's a mood thing, however my entire neighborhood has the same issue. We're lucky to get our mail properly and consistently while our particular carrier has multiple complaints filed for years now."
"Going to pick up the mail at the Siloam Springs location and spoke to one of the managers ( not Maurice ) she was an older woman. During this time she would not hand me my mail unless she got her point across. Basically lecturing about me what I have to do on my own property. I have spoken with the city multiple times and they confirmed with me that what I am doing is not against any laws or policies. I think the post office needs to stop bulling and threatening people into what they think is convenient for them and just do their job. At this point I feel harassed by the post man that delivers the mail and the post office Manager, will be seeking legal advice."
