"When I checked in, a gentleman named Joe welcomed me. He was professional, pleasant, and friendly. Thank me for being a Life Time Diamond member and asked if I needed anything. Then, he texted me just to make sure I didn't need anything.. Later in the evening, I was having an issue with my TV, and a woman didn't catch her name, came right up, and took care of the issue. Very impressive"

"Checked in at 11 p.m. and grabbed the only room left - a king studio. The room was really clean and the ac already on so we walked into was nice and cool nice. The AC unit was also very powerful, quiet and near the bed. The bed was great for us - medium firm. The bathroom was also huge - none of this sticking the toilet right next to the door so you can't close it nonsense that hotels seem to want to do now. Plenty of space to move around. But no coffee table which would have helped when eating breakfast. There was a small desk. Considering the hotel was packed, I was pleasantly shocked to find it super quiet inside the room. We heard no one and slept like babies (good babies LOL). Set back a little from the highway which may have helped with the low noise level. Also appreciated them using liquid soaps in containers instead of wasteful plastic mini bottles. Breakfast was good. Check-in and Check-out was easy. There is also a small dog lawn area. Definitely on our list to come back to when traveling this direction. What was really helpful was we left something important behind (my medication) and received a call about it so we were able to return and get it. That was above and beyond IMO. So thanks!"

"I always read reviews before booking and I read so many wonderful things about the folks that work at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Siloam Springs, AK…it’s all true! I had the opportunity to visit with Marlena upon checking in and Amanda this evening. They were so kind and pleasant. This morning I had a nice interaction with one of the ladies tidying up the lobby. Every single person here is SO INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY! Traveling a lot can take its toll, but when you meet great people, it makes it so much better!! The hotel itself is nice and clean. My room isn’t brand new or updated; however, it’s clean!!! There is a fitness center that’s open from 6:00 AM - midnight. I wish it opened a little earlier, but that seems to be typical with Hampton Inns. I didn’t eat breakfast, but it looked good. I noticed fruit out this afternoon when I got back from work; there were also cookies. I thought that was nice. There were even some premade brown bags with breakfast for people that were in a hurry. The business center was helpful (I needed to print a couple of things). All in all, this was a great stay. There’s a Walmart nearby and various fast food and pizza options. Again, the staff made this such a great experience. I hope Hilton notices this and gives these hardworking, kind, welcome folks the recognition they deserve!"

"From the moment we checked-in until I asked for a printed receipt at check-out, we felt welcomed and comfortable at the Hampton Inn Siloam Springs. They had the friendliest hotel staff I've ever met and probably the most accommodating too. When I asked if our room had a mini fridge before we went to buy cold snacks for the week, the staff took it up on themselves to supply us with both a fridge and microwave! The room was spacious, had a very clean bathroom and had the most comfortable beds! The breakfast was great; plenty of seating for the crowd and several different options. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay in the future if I'm the area!"
