Quality Inn Siloam Springs West

"We're on vacation and sitting around waiting for our food. I asked my wife and daughter where was the place that we stayed that had all the flies. We thought and thought and finally remembered it was the Quality Inn at Siloam Springs. We stayed there about a year prior. I noticed someone else in the reviews also mentioned the flies. We were given one room, but it was completely infested with flies. My daughter and wife didn't want to stay. The lady was kind enough to give us another room. Fortunately, it only had about 4 or 5 flies."

"The rooms are WAY over priced and it is nothing compared to the pictures. The breakfast is the only thing that isn't bad. You can hear the other room through the adjoining doors so our dogs and the dog next door had a barking match all night! Rooms are very out dated. They are kinda like the motel rooms you use to pay 30.00 a night for."

"I stayed there last week for a work trip. The staff at the front desk was nice when I checked in for my room. When I got to my room when I first walked in I noticed a strong ammonia smell but I felt like I could get over that as I was spending more time at work than actually in the hotel room. After a couple night there however I started to notice bugs on the walls and the I noticed a cockroach crawling up the wall in the bathroom. After that I could not stay there anymore so I ended up checking out a day early but after I told them what I found they would not take the last day off my bill because I was checking out after 11 am. Good thing work paid for it I guess. All in all not please with my experience here."

"I enjoyed my stay here. The beds were super comfy and had different pillow options as far as firmness which I always like. 99% of the staff were friendly and helpful but we did have an issue with one. She had the reservation wrong and charged for an additional night which caused a lot of headaches. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay. Safe, quiet, clean. Good breakfast options!"

"The people at the front desk are nice and very helpful. The rooms are very spacious and always clean. The best part is that it just got a fresh coat of paint so the outside is looking great. There is also an outdoor pool that is usually open for the summer. I would stay here again."
