"I recently had the misfortune of residing at Pitch Apartment, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The management team is the epitome of unprofessionalism and disrespect. First and foremost, they somehow managed to lock me out of my own apartment. Can you believe that? I had to embarrassingly beg my neighbors to let me back in. It was a humiliating and infuriating experience, to say the least. As if that wasn't bad enough, the common areas are a disgrace. They're constantly filthy, as if cleaning them is some sort of foreign concept to the management team. And don't even get me started on the garage – the stench is enough to make you gag. But perhaps the worst part of it all is the sheer incompetence of the management. They couldn't care less about their tenants' well-being or satisfaction. It's abundantly clear that they have no idea what they're doing and couldn't care less about improving. Save yourself the trouble and stay far, far away from Pitch Apartment. Trust me, you'd be better off living literally anywhere else – even if that means moving 10,000 miles away."

"Check out Pivot apartments instead. I've been living at the Pitch for several months now. About a week and a half ago water started pouring out of one of the ceiling lights from the unit above. I quickly notified management. Apparently the fridge in the unit above had a leak and my ceiling is soaked. That day they dropped off 2 large dehumidifiers as well as 4 fans to remedy this issue which are expected to be running 24/7. They are extremely loud and have been a major disruption to my everyday life. Four days passed and hadn't heard anything. Then maintenance showed up unannounced to check the water saturation of the ceiling. I had to go out of my way to figure out what is going on and am now having to move apartments. Not only has this been an inconvenience, but they are using MY electricity for the repairs. I met with Joe Justice the Regional Operations Manager and he was extremely dismissive. He did not provide me with any valuable information regarding the incident in question. He effectively told me it is my problem. I have since been told they will not be reimbursing me at all. It has been quite stressful. If you're looking for a place I would recommend checking out Pivot apartments which is right next door. I stayed there for 2 years before moving to The Pitch."

"Little brother lived at these apartments! Thought it was wonderful at first. Management lacked communication and removed about $700 worth of appliances before his move out date! They have not gotten their items back or compensated for this. They still had keys! So how did the management think they were moved out completely?! Also when moving things- they immediately towed their vehicle the car had only been sitting there for 5 minutes while they unloaded a couch. Went back down and the car was gone. Lack of understanding!! Would not recommend living here."

"Stay away! Management really only cares about getting you to sign a lease. Then you're on your own. Common areas aren't kept up well. The weight room is spacious, but they have really cheap equipment. I'm so glad I'm out of there."
