The Willows Apartments 6232 65th Avenue North, Brooklyn Park, MN 55429

"Do not move here. They got roaches and mouse. They’ve came twice to supposedly get rid of them but now it’s worse I just see more. My husband has had to fix a bunch of stuff around the apartment. The supposedly “new” dish washer wasn’t working when we first moved in. Called to get it fixed they came to see it and never came back to fix it my husband had to. He also fixed the loose oven handle that kept falling off. He covered the mouse holes and we’ve caught around 10 mice. Place where u throw out the trash ppl be leaving all the trash on the floor around it it’s disgusting. I’ve put a sign up for ppl to pls stop nobody has. Your packages will get stolen if left out!!! Have seen ppl smoke weed in the laundry room as I was trying to do my laundry and lock the door so nobody can go in while they in there. Bathroom floor chipped and cracked in between tiles a mouse hole on the floor they haven’t covered. People dump their trash in the hallways and stair case and pilled up trash next to the dumpster it’s absolutely disgusting. ect it’s ghetto. Wouldn’t recommend. Wish I’d known this before my family and I moved in. Charging for pets when the whole building got roaches is ridiculous. When first looking into the place it said on the website that cats and dogs allowed it wasn’t until after we decided to move here they told us that no dogs unless it’s a service. Main reason I wanted to move here bcz supposedly they allow dogs. Kids here are disrespectful. Ding dong ditching and leave garbage and spiking drinks in front our door. Homeless guys found staying the night in the laundry room found the same guy multiple times sleeping and chilling and laying on dryers."

"The 2 hispanic girls working there are so unprofessional! They got their nopal face and if they see u are a hispánic as well they threat u like if they werent Hispanic too. White washed. I had an appointment, and the moment they heard i speak spanish they said the apartment was already taken the day before; mind you we had spoken on the phone the day before!!! I even asked qhy didn’t i recive a call, so i would know, they said “we dont know who you spoke to” When it was the girl with highlights i spoke to."

"If you’re looking to share living space with rodents, this is the place! I’ve had pest control come out at least twice a month and it does not help! In fact I keep seeing more! I just got tired of always having to take things out of the cupboard for them to “treat” the place. This is tiring! The rent constantly goes up and so does the number of rodents. I’ve had a leak in the bathroom since thanksgiving… I put a service ticket in and dude came and did absolutely nothing, he poked a hole in the ceiling and told me to watch it. I called the office to complain and was told that they’ll have someone come out… I haven’t heard anything. Same thing with the Stone Age dishwasher! It does not work. They sent a guy out to come fix it and all he did was run it then told me what I should buy to make it better… that just pissed me off! Y’all keep raising the rent but can’t even upgrade anything?? I would not recommend anyone to rent here. Hallways stink, random people constantly buzzing my apartment, (sometimes at 3am), packages constantly get stolen! If I order anything I have to literally watch for the delivery carrier or else my package will be stolen! It’s so much more I could say, but this review is already too long!"
