"This is an affordable and decent place to live. I am glad I chose this apartment as my first. The manager and the maintenance workers does a very good job in making sure they get to whatever needs to be fixed or looked at. The neighbors are nice, there are some loud noises especially during the warmer seasons, but it is safe here. I will be moving out after a year here, but I would prefer not to if I didn't have to."

"When i first moved into this place, i thought it wasn't the place for me. I first liked it, later on it came to passed i found a home. The owner he's good. I haven't found or seen any apartment complex like this. The management is nice and easy as FAMILY to you. They understand out here everyone goes through ups and downs. I love this apartment, this area will be my last on till then i buy a house. This isn't a bad place, not too many bad guys out here, EVERYONE like FAMILY. Noise isn't like those other apartments out here. I haven't had any major issues with the management because they're nice and helpful to us. The rent doesn't go up, it remains the same when you move in. Never goes up since i been here. The Groves Apartment is a clean place to live. The ower always making sure the apartment is well clean. If you having a problem talk to the owenr he understand and he'll try to help you. I love The Groves Apartment."
