"This is a story how unwelcoming the manager was, and hostile he was. I get here with my dog. Trying to check in. Sam was great. My dog jumped up on the counter (as he shouldn’t!) and got startled to see him checking me in. Started barking. (Im sorry Sam) and the manager rushes out and tells me I cannot stay here with my dog. As I’m about to finalize my check in. I travel with him all the time, he is a reactive dog, and I tried relaying my understanding and trying to assure the manager that I’m aware of policies. He threatened if I were to leave the dog unattended in my room. But I don’t believe I ever gave the impression I would? Again I know policy. We travel a lot. Were Hilton honor members. At this point I guess I convinced him we were good enough, and he tells me “I guess we can try letting you stay the night but if there is problem with the dog you will be asked to leave, oh yeah Sam. Make sure you add that pet fee!” He treated me like I would be so disrespectful. How do you come up to your guest and make them feel like they are the worst. The whole night was filled with kids running/yelling in halls and people slamming doors? My dog is hardly a problem because as a reactive dog owner, we do what we can to keep everyone safe and keep him quiet. Dealing with the anxiety that comes with traveling with a pet I was upset and when the manager left I wasn’t even sure I wanted to stay. I felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable. Felt that if my dog barked even once I would be out for the night. This is a dog friendly place, but apparently here, not so much. I understand that it may have frightened the manager. I just wish I could have gotten a refund and found business elsewhere. Never staying here again. I’m sure he’ll be happy to hear that."

"Super awesome layout, perfect for long stays . Did not see any reason to book me out though . I mean it’s not like its packed or something. But the housecleaning people are really good at being helpful and probably the best I’ve ever seen. Breakfast is better then most."

"Stayed with an Aunt after a concert. Stayed for only one night, but easily could have stayed more. The room was fantastic! Large kitchen, including fridge, dishwasher, microwave, & garbage disposal! Didn't see any knives in the kitchen, but they had almost all other dishes. The bathroom vanity had two drawers in it and the shower had large containers for shampoo, conditioner, & shower gel! Didn't see any room options for two beds, but the couch pulled out and was ok. Room had a curtain to separate the two sleeping areas. Breakfast was decent. The toaster was broken so no toast or bagel. Enjoyed an egg sandwich. They also had fruit, juices, yogurt, cereal, etc. Was surprised to see they even had almond milk available in the milk cooler! The only down side is it seemed like every time we walked on the non carpeted floors they were slippery! We almost biffed it a few times! Be careful!"
