"terrible management. been asking for a list of maintence things to be done for going on 5 months now and still nothing has been resolved. there is no way to contact these people unless you go to the office. i have been going multiple times a week, every week, for the past 3 months and still nothing has been done. completely irresponsible. i pay rent, on time every month, this should not be happening at all. landlords are required to take care of maintence requests within 14 days, and it has been almost 5 months now. and it is simple things that would not take long to fix."

"Good Morning. Unfortunately I have to put a Horrible review of this complex up. My girlfriend currently lives here. Everytime I've come and visited I have experienced something along the lines of weed smoking in the laundry room, Drug usage on the steps. Doors not being secured and locked. At one point the electricity was rerouted as the Air Conditioner was the conduit for half the apartment. A leak from the ceiling and rotting faucet which took over 18-24 months to get changed. Even with the increase in rent, which she still paid, these problems were not being addressed. When she addressed the leadership they either passed the buck along and didn't fix the issues. The most recent incident dealt with parking passes. Her rental got towed with a parking pass in it. The passes that she has were just stated to be outdated in which she didn't receive any notice of changes in passes. Most residents in her building have the same passes. One vehicle was towed with said pass, but the vehicle next to it with the same pass was not. After addressing the issue she was given excuses and they were very disrespectful during the conversation with no accountability or civil nature to the conversation. Proceeded to threaten her with a warning over something that was an obvious mishap on management. I would not recommend this location. I am all for good business but this here is unacceptable on all accounts. I own multiple businesses and today was unfortunate as we provided all the necessary documents and proof for a reimbursement. Hope to get her some help with resolving this issues."

"I moved in a few months ago and have really tried giving the place a chance. Unfortunately this place is just an absolute dumpster fire and is managed by a bunch of clowns who don’t care about any sort of maintenance or standards with this place. A majority of the “amenities” they advertise are complete lies or very exaggerated. For example, the pool has been closed to residents all summer, the “laundry facilities” are a SINGLE washer and SINGLE dryer per floor that often flood or break down when you try to use them, the “controlled entry” is a straight-up lie as the locking door has been broken since I moved in and instead of fixing it they simply removed it entirely and screwed on a pull handle. The access gate for the parking lot has been broken down for months so anyone can just drive in. There’s also a big part of the fence torn down in the back that random people come and go through. The interior of the buildings almost always have garbage on the stairs. Residents smoke inside the building so the entrance always smells like weed. There’s HUGE potholes all over the parking lot that haven’t been filled in for months. The worst part though is the area in general. I’ve heard an absurd number of screaming fights since moving in. The police have been called for domestic fights multiple times. There’s almost always a bunch of sketchy cars that just sit outside the buildings at night idling. As I was typing this review out I heard someone shouting then a gunshot a few moments later. Such an absolute joke of an apartment complex. Avoid this place if you value your life and/or mental health."

"Management and maintenance are terrible. The washer on the 3rd floor flooded, was not cleaned up leaked down to the 2nd floor ceiling/floor damage. Plaster in The 2nd floor washing machine plaster hanging from the ceiling placed just so it hits you right in the head as you load the laundry. Oh and the smell…. mildew/mold combined with the odious aroma of unclean food and half cleaned hallways Cause me to contemplate which is worse. The disgusting smell and sight of the dumpster areas, the lack of cleanliness inside of the building or the unsettling, stomach turning stench of uncleanliness and strange food? One thing is for certain. They all combined make for a very unpleasant journey from vehicle to door. The floors are dirty, the banisters are sticky. The buzzers don’t work properly. At these monthly rent prices I expect more from the staff."
