"On December 30th I came to visit a friend whom rented the party room. As we were getting started for a taco gathering, the security walks in and rudely ask my friend did she rent the party room. Her reply was yes sir, through the manager in the rental office. He says well, I don’t have record of this, and you need to be out by midnight. There was no more than 15 ppl max in the party room we weren’t loud or nothing. So my friend although she didn’t like this man’s attitude she agreed we be out by midnight. Mind you, it’s all about this man’s attitude, he abruptly walks back in unannounced within a 15 minute span. Walks up to the do to scan a device on the door. Not once did he announce what he came in for. We had rights to tell him how rude and unprofessional he was with a very ugly attitude. We stopped the party at 10:20 pm and cleaned out the party room. This man needs training on communication and professionalism. So glad I moved out, but to come visit a friend and experience what we did was ridiculous!! He had the nerve to tell us, what we don’t cleaned come back the next day!"

"Building is always clean and management is good. Apartments are really nice and great size."

"We moved in the first day they opened in 2019. We reported black specks in our carpeting. Then in 2020 a ceiling flood fault of contractors they said. They moved us nextdoor then back to our unit which slowly became infested with fleas in the drywall. We took 100 photos for evidence. Section 8 housing failed the inspection on September 7th of 2021 and placed rent into courts. We were forced to move and we never received our deposit. We will sue them for this plus damages for medical expenses and we have so much proof and we see they are renting the unit. Call the health department! Do not rent unit 305! I better see mtfull deposit because I scrubbed that place clean. I left all of my contaminated furniture behind and they will be reimbursing me for these items. Owners are 100% responsible for pest control and botched restoration jobs especially when they fail to seal the floorboard until December of 2020, five months after the restoration job was allegedely complete."
