"The new manager, Crystal is a good person and I respect her more than the old manger who was here. Since she has been here the property has been clean and live-able. She listen to us when we have issues and she addresses the issue is a prompt time. Before her it took month and went ignored. I am so happy for her."

"Apparently incompetence is a highly desirable trait at this apartment for their property managers. Marquita Reynolds, the current property manager, is beyond rude and lazy. The tone she uses to people is incomprehensible. You make a complaint and she threatens the tenant with an unsubstantiated “violation letter” to your door. Another reviewer here has had the SAME experience as well, feel free to look through the reviews. Their phone system is more of a prop, you can call a thousand times and I promise you will never reach anyone or a call back. The garage has rodents due to the mismanagement of trash. The parking is a nightmare. Definitely not renewing my lease contract 2 more months left of this nightmare!!"

"Marquita Reynolds in the office is just straight TRASH. She’s BARELY there, always has an attitude, and CANT ever help cause she never knows what she’s really doing. I don’t see how she still had a job here. She sends out letter to just try to scare the residents here. Marquita is just not a good employee to work here. So many residents have complained to cooperate about her and she’s still here. 0/10, she’s makes everybody life miserable here."
