"The place is garbage, Jenny the leasing agent is very unprofessional when speaking to her please have it done on recording because she with holds information. We lived there for 4 years no maintenance done. Door to outside is always broken. The kitchen floor peeled. There’s mold in the bathroom ceiling. They always say they’re remodeling but everything looks the same. Laundry is always a gamble on if the machines work or not. The dryer in laundry don’t every dry clothes always have to run it twice. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors. The floors are so cheap they peel from a swifter mop! No water! Then GoldMarks want $1800 for repair. GoldMark is a bunch of liars who overcharge repair fees and when asked about it they answer back an error in the charges."

"I’ve lived here for about 2 years now. I transferred from one building to the next. I really do like living here and the landlord is very understanding and always here to help us. But I do have somethings I’d like to address as far as the laundry rooms. The first building I lived in, there always seemed to be a broken washer or dryer. Then once I transferred apartments, there’s always multiple dryers/washers broken. We are going on 3 weeks now since 3 out of the 4 dryers for the entire building doesn’t work (FOR THE ENTIRE UNIT). I went to do laundry just now before work and the 4th and last one isn’t working. The 3 dryers have posted “temporarily out of order” for 3 weeks now. Luckily I live with one roomate so it’s just me that I worry about for my clothes but I feel bad for the families who have to wait in line for a dryer and now we don’t even have one dryer that works. If only management would invest money into nicer dryers, this wouldn’t be an issue. There is a laundry mat down the street but they are very overpriced and I should be able to laundry in my own apartment. Update a month later: They got a few dryers working, for about a week maybe two, now down to one working dryer and one broken washer (again FOR THE ENTIRE UNIT). Took about a week for the parking lot to be plowed after snow storm, causing many residents to be stuck in the parking lot and not able to pull into parking spots. It’s very hard to find a reason to pay rent at a place that doesn’t maintain basic upkeep on the apartment. Rent is WAY OVERPRICED, for basic necessities not being taken care of. I will continue posting updates until these issues are resolved. I’ve lived in apartments my whole life and never have I ever ran into this many issues at other places. Do your research before considering living here."

"Our main office staff is great, but other than that this place is awful. We never have all our washer and dryers working, maybe if we’re lucky 2 of the 4 work. During the summer our pool always opens a least a month late. And half of the time they don’t even unlock it during the week. My apartment is falling apart and has tripping hazards and Water leaks and Mold and they just try to bandaid it back together instead of fixing it. Even after reporting the same problems multiple years in a row. The apartments are not updated but still expected to pay for updated prices. Currently we’re missing a railing in one of our stairwells.Half the time our security doors don’t actually lock and we have constant problems with break ins in our parking lot and our storage areas, which are also behind locked security doors, but they won’t do anything or add any extra security. Not even a few cameras to help us residents feel safe. If you want something nice and safe don’t spend your money at goldmark. Go anywhere else!"

"AVOID!!!! Like Sierra Sweeny said, constant issues with the washers and dryers. We waited 3 weeks for any operational dryers and had to threaten withholding rent for anything to get done. One dryer is still not working, but it absolutely takes your money. I have water leaking into my unit from the roof, for 3 years in my bathroom and management does nothing other than paint over the holes. I for 3 months the floor in my kitchen area has been heaving and separating, cracking and splitting the linoleum, causing a fall hazard, and you can feel something is wrong underneath. Since the floor broke I have had bugs in my unit, and NEVER before. Management has been aware of these issues, and chooses to do nothing. Avoid this place if you want somewhere nice to live and love."

"I have lived at Robinwood Apartments for almost 9 years!! I love the community! I love Management! Their Maintenance Team is Awesome!! Any problem I have or have had, is fixed in a timely manner. Since the 4th of July fireworks and Carnival moved over at the Ice Center, its right across the street! I can stand on my balcony and see the fireworks! The splash pad is also across the street! The pool at Robinwood is very beautiful!! Summers are Awesome here! Wildlife just walking around all the time. Canadian Geese, Ducks, Turkeys, Rabbits..Amazing! Robinwood apartments is nestled in a suburban neighborhood. Its very quiet. Anoka-Ramsey Community College is a hop skip and jump from here. Literally!! I absolutely LOVE Robinwood Apartments and the Community and Management! Best place I have EVER lived!!"
