"Parking is an absolute NIGHTMARE. There aren't nearly enough overnight spots, and the hours are 8 pm-8 am. If you're in the regular lot without a tow sticker after 8 pm, you get towed and the same for in the overnight spots after 8 am so your guests have to get up at 7, even on weekends, to avoid getting towed. There are two doors, but you can only use one with a code (virtual key for guests) or your phone instead of the key. The apartments aren't finished well (exposed plaster and drywall). Multiple packages have gone missing, and there is no mail room camera!?! There has also just been a notice about balcony furniture that doesn't follow the lease agreement and disallows any sort of sun shade or visual barrier. You're also not allowed to smoke or vape anywhere on the property, and yet the elevators ALWAYS SMELL LIKE WEED. If you look at the website, read through with a critical eye, and if you get a tour, try not to let them fool you. DO NOT SIGN HERE! Update!! They have sent out another message about balconies and rules saying no storage of any kind is allowed, which is not stated at all in the lease. This new message seems to be a direct response to my complaint and is signed off with "we welcome your ideas and suggestions." People have asked for the parking policy to change, and you did. You made the hours for the overnight parking 8-8 instead of 9-8. However, there have been many complaints regarding the morning time. It might be worth a shot to send tenants a form to submit and/or vote on ideas regarding this issue."
"Be careful at these apartments, there is no visitor parking during office hours and they are towing vehicles daily. In fact they have the Frovik (FTR Inc) tow truck circling the parking lot regularly. The “Visitor Parking” signs says from 8:00pm to 8:00am ONLY so they are promoting overnight parking while preying on visitors at a cost of $375 per vehicle towed. The rest of the parking lot says “Permit Parking only”. The continued response of "It's a third party that does the towing and we do not benefit monetarily" is nothing short of a lie. The signs in your parking lot and the presence of FTR towing has to be approved by the management group and I highly doubt that is done without a contract that benefits the management group. The fact that you are allowing it to continue while it disrupts the life of your residents, their family, and their friends is a slap in the face of the residents. If you are truly not benefiting from the vehicles being towed you should remove all of the signs and ban FTR from your parking lot. If this isn't done, you are proving that money means more to you than your residents!"
"It’s been such a pleasure living in this space. There’s a sense of calm that radiates throughout the entirety of the building. Management is always present to resolve any concerns one may have. This is a great community. Sheron is overall AMAZING. She is genuinely welcoming, warm and kind."
"Towed my vehicle to Froviks in Ham Lake when taking care of friends dog due to emergency. Visitor parking policy not posted when entering lot. No signs by where I parked. I know how to read signs. Could have signage or warning ticket like cities. Froviks towing open one hour on Saturdays and Sundays, $325 for less than seven hours. Only accepted cash and price changed between time went to get cash and when returned 10 minutes later. Reminds me of Ozark or Animal Kingdom money laundering businesses.. Maybe that’s how they make their money. They will be judged."
