"I have lived here for a few months, again, and I lived here for a couple years previously. It was during Covid and no other apartments would let me tour. Summit Oaks for the win gave me a tour and I fell in love. The apartments are good sized and they have like 12 different floor plans. I feel safe here, love the underground parking-did I say they have a car wash port available to use? That is so convenient!!! No freezing doors after a wash. They have upgraded all the appliances and they have an outdoor pool. I used the pool often with other tenants and we felt like it was a resort. They have outdoor grills. The staff are nice, and helpful, lots of activities going on geared toward the more elderly retired people. The only thing they don’t have is a washer dryer in the unit. I don’t mind because it’s just me and I don’t have a lot of laundry. Another thing I love is they have shopping carts to use so you can unpack your car, put you groceries or what ever in them and wheel up to the unit. They have 2 elevators. Very beautiful landscaping and very private."
