"We cleaned up the apartment before we left and asked management to do a walk they so they don't claim we did any damage. This lady even pointed out a singular hair left in the bathroom and made us pick up a single hair. Yet she kept the security deposit claiming the carpet wasn't clean. Even though she did a thorough walk through of the whole apartment right before we left. The apartment was filthy and stinky when we moved in and actually left it in better condition. When we moved in in November, the apartment stunk so bad that they had to run the ozone machines for 4/5 days with the windows open. Had to live in Minnesota in the winter with windows open.Attached pictures are what we found when we MOVED IN. Filthy and disgusting. When we called to ask why they kept part of the security deposit, she told us to take them to court. Dishonest people. Update: 500 Cambridge St Hopkins MN. We have the right place. No one can ever forget a filthy and unfriendly place like this."

"One of the great place to live. Apartments here are very big with sun room and laundry included. In photos, it may look old but its actually well maintained. I did not find any bed-bugs or roaches.It has underground parking , so you don’t have to worry about cleaning car in winter season. Maintenance is quick and in timely manner. Target,cubs,taco-bell, white castle,smash burger,Applebee’s, and Kolhs are 5 min away. There is a nature trail near by, you can see people walking in winter from sunroom. I would 100% recommended this place."

"Do not rent from here! We shrugged off the reviews of not getting your security deposit back and paid for it in the end. When we moved in the carpets, cabinets, kitchen and everything was sub par quality, after being told they would fix and repair any damages from the previous residents. Amenities work maybe 50% of the time and management will find the cheapest solution to your problem even if it means it breaks the next day. We spent half a month thoroughly cleaning our apt on our hands and knees but only received $187.00 back from the $600.00 deposit. This place is a scam dressed up in a tacky 18th century aesthetic."

"I have lived here for two years and it has been nothing but great experience. The apartment is spacious, luxurious , quite and its location near major highways made it easy to get anywhere in the metro without driving too long. Apartment manager was one of the best I ever had. The landlady was responsive to issues reported, flexible and always there to address issue I may have. For example the microwave in the apartment I was in, stopped working one evening reported it and the next day I got a brand new fancier microwave before 2pm. The maintenance crew fix any issue I reported within 24 hours (my experience) with least disruption or leaving any dirty behind. I am not sure of the negative reviews below but this place is great to live. I will recommend this place for any one who wants to live in a great apartment at great prices and location."
