"Pro's: 1. Management does their job and well; easily the best part of this place in comparison with other landlords I've had the misfortune of dealing with. They respond to questions and concerns swiftly. They give sufficient notice for anything that may be of concern without drowning your inbox with useless e-mails. 2. Washer and Dryer in unit. 3. Indoor parking and outdoor parking. 4. The ammenities are all a nice addition. Neutral: 1. Maintenance handles requests swiftly. However, three of the four requests I've made either created a new problem after fixing the original problem, or did not fix the problem at all. 2. Walls are thin. Luckily, neighbors are mostly respectful and keep it down. 3. Can't walk to any nearby stores/restaurants. Con's: 1. Geese... everywhere. They aren't afraid of people or cars so they can stand in front of your car and will hiss at you if you try to walk in their direction. 2. Bedroom gets HOT in the summer and the blinds do a poor job of keeping the light out. Bring your own bedroom curtains and a fan. Either that or sleep in the living room. 3. Pathways are mostly unshoveled and unplowed in the winter. You physically can't walk anywhere besides the street and the snow/ice."

"I like to give things time before reviewing them… and I can absolutely say this has been THE best rental experience we’ve had… the office staff especially Caygan, the maintenance team, and pretty much every single resident we’ve encountered has been fantastic! We are about to finish our first year here and have signed on for another one. The community is very well kept, we’ve seen several updates since we’ve been here to the common areas. It’s very quiet here, which was important…minus some noise from a heavy-foot upstairs neighbor, it’s been great. The amenities are robust, my only wish is that they had a hot tub, but that would be my only request. I do wish there was more access to the courtyards, it’s kind of awkward to have to walk outside and around the building to reach them, unless you are on the first floor and have direct access.. some exterior public access doors facing the courtyard would have been a nice option, and maybe some benches along the walking paths would be nice as well, but otherwise it’s a lot of green space which is nice being surrounded by so much noise and city amenities. I have recommended the place to several others as I feel it’s a hidden gem in the SW metro. We plan to be here a long time!"
