Town Terrace Apartments

"Sharing my great experience I just want to say I've been living in Town Terrace for about five months. I am so impressed with the maintenance team. They are an awesome group of people. They really care about keeping things up and running They really care about making sure everything is working effective and nice. This is the best maintenance team I ever seen and I've been living on my own since I was 16 years old and I'm 44. I am blown away with how they really keep the property looking nice and everything up and working. Also I want to say it is like a dream come true I'm really pleased loving my unit and living close to downtown Hopkins office management is really impressive They always greet you with a smile and are very pleasant. My building that I live in is very quiet. I have some wonderful neighbors in my building. I feel safe, and I really like the fact that they are pet friendly because I have an emotional support dog and two support cats. My dog really loves it here. I love waking up every morning viewing the courtyard and just seeing how well our cleaning woman keeps it cleans. I am very pleased and I'm very relaxed. I'm very happy they're such great people. They're amazing I'm blown away. I'm actually very impressed. I really like our cleaning woman. She is always getting the buildings clean and that really means a lot to me because I take pride in where I live. I am very happy me and my daughter . Wanted to add Also The office staff is positive, polite, and addresses my questions, concerns, in a respectful and professional way. This is something I appreciate. they have a wonderful property management team and also leasing management team. This is a good place to call home."

"Save yourself the trouble and don't move out here, unless you don't have a vehicle then go ahead. Parking is impossible, they say you can only have one car but there are tenants with 2 or more causing the parking problems. They only care about being there for those that have paid parking spots. Make sure you have your dogs registered as therapy dogs to have dogs there. And if you have a complaint then call the corporate office, cuz the management team doesn't care unless the heat is on them somehow."

"If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I lived here for a week. On my third day my car got towed because I parked in a reserved spot I was told I could park in. And then it took a month for them to fix something that was suppose to be fixed before I moved in. The 2 ladies there that are management are horrible management there. They told me I wouldn't have to pay for my last..months rent if someone moved in AND THEY TRIED TO DO THAT the only reason they couldn't is because I recorded me giving my notice they have 5 apartment building and only 2 parking lots with maybe 20 spots in each and half of those are reserved and you can't park in guest parking or you get towed by there joke of a towing company they go through which is FRANKIES they also have a tendency of breaking people's cars in the process of towing which is what they did to mine and then denied they are horrible at responding to emails ones to busy playing with her hair. And one is to busy doing God knows what. It seems like christpherson properties really dropped the ball with these apartments and do. Nothing to make up for it."

"I was a tenant from oct 2021-sept 2022. It was a month to month lease. Towards the end, I had an incident in my apartment in which my male roommate physically assaulted me. When I went to the management to prepare a document to help me move out by the end of Aug 2022. The management said they could not help me despite my life being in danger. They further asked me for a police report overnight which was not possible. I had to be bound in a contract for 1 more month. I lost my physical security, mental health & money because of Christopherson properties. It was traumatic. I would not recommend this place to anyone or any apartments by this property management to anyone."

"This is a very convenient location. Everything is available within walking distance. Soon the light rail will make it even better. I developed an excellent rapport with the office staff and maintenance. The maintenance manager was knowledgeable and timely. The property manager and staff were friendly, courteous and good at follow through. The apartment was spacious and had lots of closet/storage space. I would stay another 7 years if I had not moved out of town."
