I submitted the same issue on the website and didn’t receive a response at all - it’s possible that’s how it’s intended to work, but a notification on the website that a call should be made during off hours would have saved about 12 hours of frustration."

"My apartment is starting to smell like mildew. I have had maintenance here about 4 times to unplug my sink repair replace my leaking faucet which maintence said was the reason for water under my sink which took another week for anyone look at the wet carpet off my kitchen area which they brought a fan and turned it on and said they were coming back but never did and why was I supposed to leave this fan on all weekend blowing cold area and my carpet is getting wetter and wetter…my probelm with all of this started before Thanksgiving 2022 and it’s February 10th today. I want this RESOLVED now. Or I want to move into another apartment asap"
