"Awful company! I wouldn't even give Property Vision a one start if possible. My specific property manager, Joelle Larson was Impossible to work with. I couldn't just get problems resolved, it was a constant issue of back and forth. I can not wait for the day my lease is up (in about a month), I will Never rent from this group again."
"Awful company to rent from. Had issues with the key and couldn't get in touch with anybody to get it fixed. The key they gave me wouldn't work for the door from the outside and since the garage code wasn't programmed, I couldn't get access to the house. The jackass Tom, who was my point of contact wouldn't return my call and when he did the next day, he acted like I was being unreasonable for wanting a key to work. Then after moving out the company did not return my deposit within a month of leaving. The lady who owned the company laid some sob story on me about how it wasn't her fault. The company is run by incompetent fools, Tom Gilbert is an asshat. Good luck renting from them. I can only imagine how awful they are to the owners they represent. Luckily it was only temporary for me to rent from them. I feel bad for people who have no other choice for living arrangements and are forced to deal with these people for extended periods of time."
"I rented a property from Property vision who manages the property for the owner who lives out of state. I have had nothing but bad luck with them. To start off when I moved in I given one key and was told that I needed to make copies as they had no other copies of the key. The agent told me that the previous tenants took all the keys with them. Then a month after I moved in I had let them know that I thought the furnace was not working the way it should. They promptly responded with well did you change the furnace filter. I said yes that it was changed and that is not the problem. So they send the so called maintenance man out who changes the furnace filter. He says, "I know what the problem is. Someone has sent this programable thermostat all crazy." I had set the thermostat to go down when I left for work and to go up just before I get home for the evening. No fixing the issue. The next winter Christmas Eve to be exact, the furnace stops working. The same maintenance man comes out and fixes a censor and says oh that was probably the issue last winter. At this time I provide maintenance man with the key I made for my unit. Then a month later the kitchen faucet. Same horrible treatment of acting like I'm some moron. Are you sure it's leaking they ask. Why yes I have a bucket under the sink filling with water. The kicker was when the hot water heater went out. It took them a total of 15 days to fix it. I had to send multiple requests for fixing it. Finally I called the city inspector who said she would contact them and amazingly they got some fire under their ass and took the time to fix it. They offered a 200.00 off my rent for the issue. It should have been close to 600 if prorated for each day I was without hot water. Then there were months of we lost your key to your unit, we found it, we lost it. The last event has been the owner wants to sell the property. Property Vision is the listing agent and instead of putting a lockbox on my door they insist that there is no difference between giving out my garage code and leaving my door from the garage to the house unlocked than a lockbox. I have been very patient in dealing with the issues of this poorly run business. Thankfully my lease ends soon."
"Property Vision has been great! They work so very hard!"
"Had an appointment with a guy from Property Vision to see a house, which he had emailed us to change earlier in the week so it was more convenient for him. We happily agreed, got to the appointment...no realtor. After 20 mins, when we called him for the 2nd time, he finally picked up, and was completely unaware we had an appointment, even though he confirmed it with us 48 hours previously. Was not at all apologetic, but said it must have "slipped off his calendar" and then said he thought he had emailed us the day before saying the house was under contract. He didn't do this. These people are apparently not very professional and we will not be looking at any of their listings again."
