Homes on the River is a newly renovated institution located at 2022 North Ferry Street in Anoka, Minnesota. "Absolutely in no way should anyone rent from these people. We just asked for a tour and they were trying to get copies of our birth certificates and six months of banks statements. My birth certificate and six months of bank statements sound like a future fraud case to me. STAY AWAY!!!"
"Michelle was nothing but professional from move in to move out. Responds to questions and work orders promptly and just a great General Manager all around. The buildings have a fantastic view of the Rum River and a great price for the value of what you get. I will miss living here and working with T&T Property Management"
"Like the previous reviews, I called multiple times, left a voice mail, emailed a person who is supposed to have the title of "regional manager" to no response. It wasn't until I emailed the "CFO" for this Michelle lady to give me a dry response about not having availability and didn't answer any other questions I had about the apartments. Like previously stated, don't run ads about your apartments if you don't want people to inquire about them or rent them out. Very strange. How they even have a 2* rating is beyond me. I can only image this is how they treat their tenant's when they have maintenance issues...YIKES!"
"Based on an advert they have been running this month,my husband called several times,left a voicemail and email but did not get any feedback. Despite that ugly customer care, he was persistent. They finally picked and the woman ( assumes she is the care taker) was so rude. She was very dismissive and didn't even let us ask any questions,just bluntly told us to call in a month. Learn to treat people with respect or stop running ads if you don't wish to be disturbed. I would give negative rating if i could!!"
"Management never answers the phone or emails. Looks like a nice place to live but I guess we'll never know because no one there wants to talk.~~~UPDATE, finally was able to talk to someone and they were short and rude with the answering of my questions. Good luck, but not worth the hassle."
