"My fiance and I spent a month continuously coming back in because the landlord, Lynne, kept forgetting to give us paperwork to fill out. LEGITIMATELY 22 pages of paperwork, and over six visits, and re-visitations to grab more, and more. We have amazing credit, but just want a cheap place close to work. The landlords husband, who does clock repair and co-manages the place had us wait there as he LITERALLY said "Uhhhh." for half an hour as she wasn't in the office when I personally organized a meeting time with her the day before. The two units we were shown were filthy, and the landlady, Lynne, was constantly confused about the move-in date from month-to-month, and had a very thick accent too difficult to understand at times. WHEN she decided to show up on time! Oh, and their online prices are a lie. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I visited here five years ago in interest, and it was in better condition. Kid you not. On our fifth visit, and 20th page of paperwork, and being promised that THIS was the last of it IN PERSON, and agreeing to meet with us again, and not being there or answering the flippin' phone, the friendly tenant let us in to drop it all off after calling them for an hour to an AGREED meeting that SHE SET UP! Poor management, poor everything! Couldn't even find my rental history from a unit I rented for a year from the same flippin' city! A mile away! Come on!"
