"I cannot explain how grateful I am for renting here. Terri, the manager, has been unbelievably helpful. I am a new renter and she answered any and all questions I had without ever getting annoyed or short with me. The apartment itself was also incredibly easy for me to live in, rent is reasonable, she always informed us with adequate timing for inspections or snow removal. She has been incredibly patient regarding me having a couple different roommates. I cannot recommend River10 enough. It’s right next to downtown anoka and just an amazing place to live."

"Love living here. First apartment/place of my own. YEAR 2 and still love it here. Close to work and family. The management team is very nice and accommodating. Need things fixed and they are on it. They were even nice enough to call me to move my car so it wouldn't get towed, which was my fault to begin with. They've done many things around the building to improve it. Walls around dumpsters, designated smoking areas with a table and places to sit, new flowers and flower beds. Hallways are clean and quiet usually. The lack of guest parking spots though is kind of a bummer. I know guests can park on the street but you obviously increase the risk of something happening to it. Besides that, it's great!"

"Terri was very nice and understanding about all my emails. It was my boyfriend & I's first apartment. So helpful with figuring everything out. Also she was so kind to my dog Izzy when she got to meet her. Just over all the management of the place has been great."

"I have had my difficulties adjusting to only 2 vistor parking places and not visitor parking after 8pm. It does make it difficult for my older children and friends to randomly show up and hang out after 8pm. However I do understand that the reason for this rule is because of lack of parking for residents who live here. Aside from that this place is pretty quiet, people mostly keep to themselves or the ones who do know each other don't cause problems. Management has done many cosmetic improvements in the last year since I moved in. They put fences around the garbage bins, the did landscaping, replaced hall and stairway carpeting and did fix the many pot holes in the parking lot. Yes, there has been ice and snow in the lot but the plow drivers have a lot of apartments, homes and businesses to go to so it is probably not their fault. I work for a company that uses plow drivers and it takes a long time for them to show up sometimes. I do notice salt by the entrances in the winter so someone could just grab a cupful if they notice ice a toss it on. Pay it forward for your neighbor. Oh one last thing....people. Follow the pool rules or we all get locked out!! No one wants to be a tattletale."

"Beautiful courtyard. Management takes great care in making sure things are running smoothly. Always there to help. I've lived here for 10 years, and I love it. With the new upgrades, my apartment is homey. Just a great place to live overall."
