"Rent is raised on a yearly basis. When I signed a lease most utilities were included and now they have went to "the industry standard Ratio Utility Billing program", so on top of rent going up every year we now have to pay all utilities. Avoid GOLDMARK at all costs!"

"I was with two contracts, they raised the price on the second contract. The contract's expiration date is 07/31/22, but because of work, my family has to move to another state, I informed them on 06/07/22, they said I didn't notify them 2 months in advance (05/ 31/22), they asked me to pay for July $910 and 1 month's rent after the contract $1010…. WOW ..... i know they follow the contract , but i feel they are very unknowing , i am only 1 week late that i have to pay them 1 month rent after the contract 1010 ! If anyone reads this comment of mine, be careful when moving… because I find them very expensive to rent and when they increase the price it also increases a lot and in the end they wait for the us to make a mistake in 1 detail. small ( even 1 day late ) CHARGE !!! is that they fined them inhumanely !"

They are friendly and very knowledgeable. Julie has always been very friendly & helpful about any question or concern my wife as well as myself have ever had. She was also very patient and helpful throughout the lease signing process, making sure we had all of our questions answered and felt comfortable with our environment unlike other places.
