"The rooms were mostly clean, all of the bedding was freshly laundered and nothing jumped out as glaringly dirty. However, look a little closer and a lot of little things were missed like dust on the mirror ledges and dirty microwaves. The beds were very springy and old and not very comfortable. There is also a disparity in the size of television sets. TVs in the two queen room were much bigger than in the king size room. It is also impossible to reach anyone at the front desk when trying to book a room."

"Nice room. Bed was comfortable. Loved the TV size. But double check you bill. Had some extra charges that were added. They were removed, but the front desk personnel had an attitude that I was questioning the itemized bill. It was a $150+ mistake."

"I really have no idea what this one reviewer was talking about. I really enjoyed my time here. Sure, it's a little overwhelming being in the U.S. after such a really long time, but I'm not going to let that get in the way of a great vacation, starting with this hotel. The receptionists are really nice, and very polite, as a receptionist should be. It's also great to have a setting where you get to choose what type of channels to watch on the television, and the channels are fantastic. The room I'm staying in is also really nice, and I find it very relaxing. The pool is also really nice, and the lazy river is also fun, and you get to practice your basketball moves while swimming, as there are basketball hoops and some balls you can play with. I found my stay very enjoyable. Really great place to start a vacation."

"Overall a great experience at the Canad Inn. Staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is FULL of kids, not a bad thing, but don't expect to sleep much after 6 am. The elevators are constantly breaking down - with a full house and an elevator out you wait 10+ mins for the elevator. Sure you can always take the stairs but hauling luggage up 11 flights is a pain. Clean, well appointed rooms - what more can you ask for!?"

"If you are booking being in Canada on direct website, remember that rate is in US dollar and will get a surprise or 35% paying extra if booking thinking the rate in Canadian dollar. I booked 2 nights on direct hotel website showed Grand Total: $280.66 and on check out got charged Canadian $380.73 Water slides were closed on both days, splash pad was closed even at entrance notice shows will be opened at 4 pm on Dec 26. Next day being a hotel guest still have to pay extra to get splash pad wrist band. Parking lot was a mess with extreme slippery conditions, no ice Melter or sand right after drop off shed and its was crazy hard to park the car and walk through parking lot to hotel. It was not at all a pleasant experience as far as hotel experience matters especially with mid set of fun with family for a short winter holidays break."
