"The apartment was a small studio, but the ammenities were great! I just used it to sleep due to work as a nurse at a local hospital. The place was quiet, a laundrymat within the building, soda machines. The leasing office worked with me, to lease it for 3 months and the staff were very nice and accomodating. Very happy."

"We spent two years in this building. One year in 1105 #30 and one year in #36A. In both apartments we experienced severe mold that resulted in severe health issues. Multiple tenants have had the same issue in this building. The management refused to acknowledge or help with mold. At the end of our last lease, we had to break early and move due to serious health issues caused by the mold. Management never fixed the issues and promptly moved new tenants in to the mold infested apartment units. Management would not recognize the serious issue after months of begging. I have NEVER had such negligent management. DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE. Absolutely abhorrent property upkeep. The property hasn’t been fully cleaned or re-insulated since the first build. We were moved into a newly evicted unit (36A) that still had hair ties and nail polish from the young girl before. They even had the audacity to tell us we owed for the next month (handed in the keys before the first), even when begging for help and letting them know the current state of the apartment. All precautions were taken on our end to prevent mold growth, yet we had leakage during rain, ice growing inside, and severe mold growing on walls. ALL OF IT WAS IGNORED. I cant believe they’re allowed to still rent out Not only was actual problematic mold ignored, but reports of smoking, marijuana smell seeping into our apartment, and overall health concerns ignored... All in all, DO NOT LIVE HERE."

"Excessive apartment inspections and poor communication. I lived in one of the downstairs apartments for 8 month with no problems. But, a month ago I moved one floor up with my wife and in just one month the property managers have threatened to inspect my and my neighbors apartments twice. They entered once looking for unregistered pets. And a few days ago left a note that they will be inspecting again looking for people smoking. Earlier today I went to the office and spoke with them about this but my concerns were ignored. Other things that have happened include a note on my door telling me I was $15 past due on rent. I went to the office and they found out that it was a system mistake and blamed the computers. Moving in was also a pain. Among other issues I was told 3 times that I needed to fill out a second application. Each time I asked for the application so that I could fill it out. Finally someone figured out that there was no such thing as a second application and the issue was resolved. I know some of these issues are minor, but keep in mind that I have tried to talk with the managers and all this has happened in just the one month we have lived here."

"I absolutely love renting through Landmark. Ive lived in my place since 2017 and I have never had any issues with my apartment, or the building. The staff, especially Jess, are so super friendly and really go the extra mile to make sure your place feels like home. If you contact them, they get back to you right away. Overall, just a great place to rent from. I'd never rent from anyone else."
