"I've lived here for 22 days, I moved in on December 26th. Don't even think about living here, it took 2 and 1/2 hours just to fill out the paperwork to get the keys. The three women in the office they wouldn't show me the unit took 3 weeks to get into the apartment. Candice is the leasing agent she has an attitude."

"I’ve lived here at the bluffs apartments for almost ten years, I didn’t become disabled until 4 years ago. Since then I’ve been trying to move to the 1st floor apartment for 3 years!! Even with a doctors letter I still was unable to move downstairs, no way are they following ADA rules for the disabled. It’s evident that they don’t want me to move down stairs. Now mind you I have a spinal cord injury now with equipment being shipped from Memphis. Already established by my fiancée, who has witness this unbelievable acts of neglect, I am a veteran on Section 8 housing thru the VA, just to let yaw know, and for the record, it’s roach infested, and god knows what else.please Pray for us to see if we can move downstairs. I really would love to move away from here, prayin for that too."
