"The room was okay. The bathtub was not clean and the table was sticky. The door didn't close completely. You could see outside with it closed. The first thing I saw when I walked in to the bathroom was a cockroach crawling around in the tub. I had also asked one of the employees if they had a breakfast or anything and she told me no only to see when I checked out that they have breakfast from 6am to 10am. And I called before renting the room and was told it was 64 dollars then I get there and I was charged over 80 dollars.. Nice people but the rooms are not worth it."

"I still have not received my deposit for room. This is 02/13 and my stay was 02/03. The room was in great condition as we only spent four hour total there which two were in pool. The desk agent says my deposit is on hold for too many “people” in room. Two too many kids. We didn’t even stay bc we were told if we did the police would be called. You all got the $88 for a full night and we didn’t even stay over night. Why is my deposit not being released? This is ridiculous we left no fuss but my deposit should be returned. Paying $148 to stay four or five hours is foul! Please return my deposit I am rightfully owed."

"I met the fabled Steve from the reviews! After hearing how far I drove and how tired he was after asking about my day, he upgraded me free of charge and told me to get some well deserved rest. Rooms are nice and clean. The tub is great. Area is quiet. Just what I was looking for after a long day. Thank you so much!"

"Would have given this a higher rating if the room had been clean. Also, our toilet paper dispenser was broken. I don't usually rate a hotel based on anything other than the price I pay for it. However, this one just needed to be cleaner. The breakfast bar was very nice. When I mentioned that they were out of certain things they got on it right away and refilled what needed to be refilled. They were very polite about it. The service was excellent. We would stay here again. Be prepared that there is a $25 fee per pet. Dec. 6, 2023 I sure do appreciate the kind response from super 8. A lot of places don't respond at all. We will definitely come back if the room is cleaner."

"The housekeeper were very rude. You had to be on a list to get even new towel. But even though they were outside cleaning rooms next to your room . Remotes half way work. You had to bring stuff to the front office to get new towels ect. Steve and Rick were great. But the housekeeper will make you not come back. Second time come here from Texas. Service for housekeeping is horrible but front services were awesome."
