"Most amazing Tru I've stayed in! Clean, no bugs, friendly staff, and the breakfast was better than any I've seen!! So many different options and really good. Only downside is that non of the Tru hotels I've been in have a coffee maker in the room or a microwave. Little inconvenient but I can overlook because everything else was so great. The price was great for the quality!! I would mosdef stay here again and highly recommend!!"

"I want to sincerely apologize for that review. Our stay at your hotel was exceptional. That post was for a hotel in Amarillo. I just saw it in my reviews. Your hotel was by far the best, cleanest, exceptional front desk person. I wish I new his name. He was a superstar. Gave us directions to restaurants that we used and enjoyed. The review posted on your site, was duplicated from Amarillo. Word for word and pics. I apologize it somehow was done by me. I guess. I would highly recommend this establishment."

"Hands down the one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The experience was amazing. Came here to be close to my mother who is in critical condition in the hospital which is right next to the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helped me feel at home while I was dealing with a difficult time. Brought my two kids and one of their friends with me and the kids loved it too. Very clean and I love the style and atmosphere. Many different places in lobby to just sit and hang out or relax any time. Only wish it had to just snowed though because it was impossible to enjoy the outside part, but still plenty to do. Only thing I would suggest different would be the time the indoor pool opened and closed. 9oclock was a little early to close and 10 am seemed too late to open but that wouldn’t be a reason to give it any less ratings. I had a nice view on the 4th floor and I liked that the tv was a smart tv with streaming and Netflix and other apps instead of the basic cable channels that never work well at other hotels. The glass shower doors and roomy shower was awesome too. We even stayed another night. Now I don’t want to leave."

"The best hotel I found to stay in for a special event I had over the weekend. Very SUPER Friendly Staff and All the Housekeeping Staff working hard as well as SUPER Friendly! Very colorful and it brings out the Inner Child while there. The breakfast was super delicious! The staff made sure I felt welcomed and had a great experience. We need more Hilton Tru Hotels like this one!"
