Candlewood Suites North Little Rock, an IHG Hotel

"I had a nice stay there the service was excellent and the rooms and common areas were always clean."

"The room was clean with great water pressure and the area being okay for just an 7 hour sleep stay. My husband left his Gov’t hot spot and I called to inquire about it. I was placed on hold for nearly 20 minutes by Luis because I genuinely thought he was checking than I realized that I was placed on hold on purpose. I hung up and called back to back with no answer as I am sure he realized it was me calling. I called back 10 minutes later and spoke to Luis again and I reiterated our previous conversation. He said he was sorry that our called was disconnected. No you liar! I hung up because you purposely put me on hold for such a long time. He said he would look at the lost and found items and would get back with me by end of the day. Guess what?? It’s been 3 days and I have yet to hear back from you. My husband already received his replacement and services have been cancelled to the other device. I am very disappointed in your customer service and only wish you were more driven and motivated to address customer concerns. I will not be returning at all."

"We checked in for a night as we were just passing through. It is the nicest Candlewood Suites I've been to. The room was clean. We didn't hear any hallway noise but did hear a little bit of noise from the trucks at the warehouse behind the hotel. The lady at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. It was slightly off our path but totally worth it."

"Here for work, as usual; so far this has been the best this year. Clean, comfortable, quiet! The Lil convenience store is great- cold drinks are $2, that's cheaper than the store! The rooms are well stocked. My favorite part is the back porch with two nice grills, tables & chairs, a television ! it's a nice area to hang out!"

"If you want an inexpensive stay with a decent location this is a good hotel. The pool didn’t work(the website didn’t advise this) and that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Cleanliness wasn’t their main goal as the halls and elevator floors look like they hadn’t been vacuumed while we stayed here. The room was clean though"
