"This place is run down. Don’t be deceived by the photos online like we were. The first room we checked in to had broken curtains, a smoke detector hanging by a wire from the ceiling, broken thermostat and no trash can. Not to mention the AC unit blew directly into the side of the built in desk? On floor 3, people were openly blazing and the entire hall smelled like cannabis. If you get assigned room 324 demand a new one because it sucks. When speaking to the worker about the busted room, he said all of their thermostats were broken and to use the unit itself to change temp. But when we asked for a new room, the thermostat worked just fine?? By the way you can’t lower it past 65 and it turns off with no airflow. I don’t get it. Also prepare yourself to hear every footstep that is taken around you, even on the top floor. Our neighbors let their children run back and forth until midnight."

"We spent the night after some trouble on the road. When I booked the room it stated on the website that breakfast was included, so I was a bit shocked when it was not (see photo.) The room was a good size and was in fair condition. You can tell the hotel is still in the process of renovated (or at least I hope it is not done.) Some of the furniture in our room was damaged and not even secured to the wall. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They fixed several of the issues we had (like only having 2 towels in a room that could sleep up to 6.)"

"Would have given 5 stars for service, but the gentleman working early this morning was rude. Everyone else we encountered were nice and very helpful. The rooms were clean. TV channels left a lot to be desired. Close to shopping and so much food."

"A special person gave me the gift of a relaxing night in the midst of a terrible time. When I arrived I was not the happiest person in the world but Louis, Pete, & Ronnie went out of their way to help me with anything and everything. The kindness and amazing customer service they displayed was above and beyond. The hotel itself was gorgeous and clean. My room was perfect and I felt comfortable and peaceful and it meant a lot to me. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you to this staff for everything they did. Would highly recommend this hotel for comfort and cleanliness and just to feel at home."

"This place was nice and mostly clean. I did have to clean the windows because they were coated in hand/head/face prints. Otherwise it was very quiet, comfortable, and clean. The location is a bit rough and the traffic is confusing. There was one big problem, which, I have to lower a star rating because of... It says they have a heated pool. They do. But the heater was turned off, and the air conditioner was blowing cold air. The room and water were in the lower 60s. I asked everyday and even called the corporate number, and no one ever did a single thing about it. The gym also had the AC turned on, in the winter, to 67⁰. I was able to wrestle the box off and adjust that one. The only reason I chose this hotel was for the heated pool. Everything else was pretty nice, but I feel like they should have been able to address my concern within the week that I stayed there. Oh.. the regular internet cannot reliably stream one movie. I would ask about upgrading to the high speed."
