"BELIEVE EVERYTHING these bad reviews state. They are not lying. People may go far as saying these are bitter tenants. THEY NOT! They tired and these folks just keep on getting over on folks. I lived here 3 years ago. Out of the 6 years I stayed they went through 5 managers and the only accuse they could think of was they was stealing the rent money. I just never figured out how when they didn't except cash. Apartments are very nice and roomy. That's they only thing the ridge got going on. The two bathrooms and the sizes. The are, roach, bed bug and mice infested. When I moved I did a recorded walk through.They was trying to say that I took the doors. Then when i showed her the video of me walking out and locking door she then said maintenance took them. Then after I called her out on that lie and told her that maintenance was right there when I was walking through it then she going to sell she don't know what happened to him but I won't be charged from I know I won't be. These buildings are half empty they could take everybody and all the apartments and put them in one building don't move there don't do it you'll regret it you will thank everybody on here later. oh and the manager Kathy Fletcher will type up a bogus eviction notice just to get you a just to get you a date just to get you a date in court keep all transactions whether if his phone conversations emails mails letters from them rent keep all your documents in case you decide to take you to court because she will last she known for it."

"I lived at this place 2 years and it sucked! *Roaches ( my house warming gift from my neighbors) *Maintenance Men (or should I say what Maintenance man?) *Leasing agent (I'm pretty sure someone beat her a** before because of her attitude) * No security ( no cameras at the time and the police officer out there was a joke) *Violence (car window bust out my mail was stolen shooting in broad daylight just to name a few) I could go on and on about this place for real. "This is the most unprofessional place ever, once I got there I was not shown a apartment before hand, then I followed suit to still get a apartment which damn near a month and still no apartment if you wanna get messed over go there. Save your time and money go somewhere else they didn’t even call and tell me I was approved I had to call them, so I requested a refund which has taken just as long to recieve, then they have the nerve to have a ATTITUDE!!!! Glad I changed my mind about Renting here.... just tacky and ghetto"
