"I cannot wait until my lease is up here. I have lived here a couple years for the price but it’s no longer worth it to stay. The first year my apartment flooded everytime it rained. Took them months to fix that and of course no accommodations for that. Decided to move to a different apartment for a washer/dryer and for MONTHS I have been complaining about the residents who live in this building that smoking weed on the daily. Took almost three months to get the office to send a notice to the building. Of course nothing happens and it’s still happening till this day. The courtesy officer is ABSOLUTELY no help in this matter. When I did complain, it was almost as if I had to prove something was happening for anyone to take action. Let’s not forget how when I transferred apartments I was under the impression I’d be moving to an apartment in the same condition as the one I came from. I didn’t get to see the apartment i would be moving to until the day of only to find that it is not renovated when i was told it would be the exact same. If you look on the website, beware that the pictures you see on there? Not all of the apartments interior look like that. Actually I was told verbatim that only 40 look that way. Please push to view the apartment before you sign anything. I was gaslit when told that this apartment is renovated when I have been inside other apartments out here recently and they are in better condition than mine. Long story short, if I could get out of this lease now without penalty? I would absolutely."

"Was trying to get away from Icon Lakewood and decided to give this place a try. Found a room me and my wife liked and paid 125$ each for that room. Because me and my wife both had to do the application I did mine before hers and she did hers when she got off work. During her application it swapped our rooms applied for 101 (example) and it swapped hers to 102. And 102 does not have what we needed (hook ups for a washer and dryer.). So I immediately called and asked could we get a refund of the full amount and a African American female told us that would be fine because they have not started the background check anyways. She said there will be a letter in the mail with the full amount in 30 days. We waited and got 50 of the 250$ and then. When I asked about the rest of the money they then said sorry we never told you that and we have no record of ever saying that. Now I’m dumb sometimes but I know for a fact I had the conversation with my wife and she would definitely remember things related to money. So I asked for them to look at the phone records and they said we never made the call. If this is how they treat potential customers I could only imagine how they treat their tenants. Also me and my wife went for a tour and the apartment smelled like a pot shop and somebody had left their dirty clothes sitting in the washer. Also when I called they said they had already done the background check. Meaning one of the two lied . 250 might not seem like a lot but I promise it is when you’re broke and have a kiddo on the way."

"Hello, I absolutely love this place. I love the front desk lady Xandria! She is very helpful and attentive to all my questions and my concerns about the company. She gave me good advice and I ended up moving in all because of her help and friendly advice and just being helpful. Everyone in the office is friendly, but Xandria went above and beyond. She needs to be kept there!!"

"I absolutely loved this place when I first moved in. The apartment was perfect and reasonably priced. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. The gym was being remodeled and took a long time to open but was a decent gym when it finally opened. Then we started having problems with the pool and gym constantly being closed for maintenance. The laundromat was constantly dirty and need appliance repairs (it eventually got cleaned up but is maintained by an outsourced company who would fix the appliances but they just kept breaking again). The office girls were nice but the communications between them and the residents or between them and the maintenance staff was not efficient, which called for multiple calls or check-ins on maintenance requests. The maintenance guys were real nice but only a few of them actually did good work that didn't required recalls. Shawn and Gerardo always did the best work on the maintenance calls. They rarely had to do something more than once. When they fixed it, it was fixed. Had to move out due to family health and financial strains. I would have stayed even though the rent was raised more than I would have liked at renewal, and the maintenance manager would send me inappropriate texts. The grounds could have been cleaned up better from trash. The residents were usually really nice and quiet. One of the selling points of the property was a feeling of socialization among the residents but that was not done when I moved in."

"Our building burned in February. It is still in not repaired. It’s July. We can not park at our building. There are bugs due to the walls being ripped out. I suppose. There is no water pressure, the tub will not drain. Spiders,.terrific dust. No laundry faculty, and TWO giant dumpster and 2 Porto potties right out side my front door. It is 100 degrees. Can you smell that? For 5 months. It has been this way. See snow. We have gotten no apologies. No rent reduction, we pay $980 a month to live like this, and we have been refused another apartment. Horrific company. Horrific site manager. Horrific experience."
