"They need to get rid of Jeannie if they havent already shes a very shadey person hateful & I heard her on phone telling someone they dont rent to felons but yet her son who lived there was a felon Smh she showed me an apt that was nasty I looked in the cabinets there was 2 needles in there blood on the frame as you went into bedroom & there wasnt 1 drawer in the kitchen for silverware it was so disquiting I didnt rent anything"

"Bobby the manager is so sweet and helpful. He keeps the grass mowed and the trash picked up and was even planting flowers outside people's doors so they'd have something pretty to look at. It looks like a decent place compared to the past."
