Courtyard by Marriott Fort Smith Downtown

"Everything was fine except shower did not drain water was ankle deep little mold in shower and beer at their bar is nearly $10 a bottle! Other then that it was fine. Walking distance from a couple bars n restaurants"

"Staff is very courteous and friendly. Rooms are clean and hotel is in a good location with access to downtown establishments. Carolyn does great job cleaning the lobby and Teresa makes certain your housekeeping needs are met."

"We were in town for an event and I’m glad we co use the courtyard over Wyndham, it has a very home feeling. The rooms were not the cleanest I’ve seen but not the dirtiest (Little bits of trash around the floors when we walked in and stains in the carpet) the room we got did not have a microwave which was odd. As for the food at the bistro, as far as hotel food goes it was delicious. The servers were professional throughout the weekend and tended to our needs, specifically Jennifer and James as they were the main servers/cooks in the morning. If you’re in town and looking for a hotel to stay I’d definitely recommend the courtyard"

"We chose to stay at this hotel due to the proximity of it to the convention center. They literally share a parking lot, so if you want to be close to the convention center, this hotel is a great location. The location is definitely in an older, more run down part of Ft. Smith, but there are several dining options (think pub/bar atmosphere) close. The lobby of the hotel is huge and nice. Check in was simple. The room itself was sufficient. King size bed was comfortable and appeared clean. The sofa provided an alternative seating area. The bathroom left some room for improvement as the tub/shower had a poor job done with caulking all around, but especially on a long crack down the shower wall, and the while the water pressure was adequate, the water never really reached the “hot” level of temperature. As far as quiet goes, the second floor that we were on was fairly quiet as far as hotels go. Overall, it was adequate lodging for one night."

"This is a very clean hotel and all of the employees were pleasant. I had everything I could possibly need during my stay in my room. The restaurant has great burgers and fries! Fast and hot food with efficient service. Many thanks to our server, Cat, and Rhonda, our cook. Both ladies gave me options for food and drinks. I will definitely be back. Thanks again for the amazing service!"
