"Our room the biggest complaint. There wasn't a small refrigerator in the room, and there wasn't any literature in the room with a menu, hotel services, channel guide, nearby attractions etc. The type of things you find in most any quality hotel. Now this......one side of the bed on the floor had a bunch of toenail clippings left in the floor. Who cleaned the room? Nasty!! The window had so much condensation on it that water had soaked the carpet at least 18 inches out along the floor. Room 411 The lobby staff and bar staff were great people!"

"They say that people only leave reviews when something is really great or if it is awful. This would be the latter…We chose this hotel for convenience to the performing art center where our daughter had a dance competition. Upon check in, we found out they were full and that we would get a king bed and a pull out couch instead of 2 double beds that we booked. The pull out couch had a glass coffee table in front of it. It could not be pushed forward to get out the couch bed because of the desk against the wall, so we had to play furniture movers and find a place for it, which was tight. The pull out couch was not made up and there were no sheets, pillows, or blankets for it. They sent up a bellman with the bedding and not a housekeeper, so we had to make the bed ourselves and they didn’t have a fitted sheet and the only blanket they gave us was dingy and some what rough. The hotel is an atrium style, so sound travels well and the door does not deaden the noise. We could hear the rowdy folks in the lobby bar carry on at a loud volume well past 11. We received free breakfast coupons with our room. The breakfast quality was poor. The biscuits and sausage patties were burnt, and the gravy watery, Unfortunately, we didn’t notice the eggs had some grayish tint to them until we had taken a few bites. Everyone had a very upset stomach the whole day. I’m just thankful that my daughter, who was in the dance competition had to skip breakfast for an early rehearsal, and was not miserable like the rest of us. I will definitely not stay here again in the future and will advise friends and family to steer clear too. I will be fair and share some good things about the hotel. It’s a great location, clean, and the front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful."

"Very nice first impression. We were late checking in and wanted to shower and get some sleep. The shower didn't work, the tub wouldn't drain, and the thermostat wasn't working right. I called the front desk and got the thermostat taken care of. When we called about the shower a security guard came up to confirm it wasn't working. The front desk agent was very nice and got us another room. The second room was perfect. I got woke up by a barking dog, not good. I called down for breakfast hours, was told it ended at 930 we got there at 915 and it was long gone. I don't really feel good about the entire visit for the price I paid. Don't know if I will stay again."

"They never have the breakfast buffet due to not enough occupied rooms, they don't have a mini fridge or even a microwave in the rooms, you have to go downstairs to use the microwave by front desk. I've stayed in rooms that the toilet didn't want to flush & shower drain didn't want to drain. Some employees are quite nice while others are quite rude. Definitely prefer Marriot! Beds are comfortable, but that's it!!!"

"Our hotel stay was excellent. We grabbed dinner from inside at The Tap Room and took to our own room to eat while watching some football. The hotel is set up like the Residence Inns used to be with an open area in the middle and a lovely waterfall inside. The sound of the waterfall was very soothing and actually helped me sleep during this New Years Eve. Customer service was outstanding and we were even referred to some nearby gaming. What a fun time and wonderful establishment. Many blessings for the New Year."
