"THIS PLACE IS TRASH the only good thing about the hotel was the nice front desk lady Crystal, the owners do not care about their customers they only care about money, the have very very bad bed bugs NASTY, sadly we stayed their waiting for our house to be available not knowing how bad it was, I was threatened by a girl who lived there (named misty) because the night lady or weekend girl had a communication issue and went to the game area and told misty about the communication issues witch was very unprofessional and the girl came up to me and threatened me with physical harm, the sheets were very stained and tore up and the owner refuses to spend a penny on NEW WHITE FRESH SHEETS, the bath tub had patches all over the drain area to fix a break, the up stairs guest were so loud me and my kids were trying to sleep and all we heard is bang bang bang we asked multiple time if they ccoulddo something about it and they never did only crystal and one other worker tried to stop it but it never stopped, I will never ever stay another night their agaioverallall this place it trash should be dealt with also should be looked in to by the health department and the state. (FYI never stay there)"
"The only reason for the second star is because the front desk lady jumped to action. First, this is a very old motel. When you walk I to the hallway, it smells like a dilapidated casino from the 70's. The stench of cigarette smoke, homelessness, and failure. We checked into room 101. As soon as we walked in, I had regrets. I spent time in the South American jungle, and this was a sketchy reminder. Dirty, humid, and it smelled like death. I opened the window to air it out and noticed that the wi dow was unlocked and slightly ajar. I pulled the blankets back to look for bed bugs, and there were none. There was, however, a somewhat fresh blood splotch on the sheet. Still kinda shiny. I went and told the lady at the desk and she immediately moved me next door to 103. She even came with me. To my surprise, this room looked and smelled much better. The sheets looked clean, and despite a piece of tissue stuffed I to the peep hole, the disgusting microwave and the t.v. looking like it was wiped down with an old dish rag, it did its job for the night. Then I noticed that the window was unlocked and slightly ajar. So aside from the shock and horror of the hallway and first room, none of that triggered my alert system like two consecutive, ground floor rooms that had unlocked and slightly open windows. You can come to your own conclusion, but I suspect something nefarious. And although it states, free breakfast, I only saw coffee available in the "lobby". For $75, I don't expect 5 star luxury, but I would expect way better than this. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $30 and stay somewhere else."
"I would give this motel an overall 4/5 stars. You get what you pay for! There was a teenager screaming at her mother and police were called. The staff seemed to handle that appropriately. I was there for 4 nights. My room was clean! The microwave, you had to slam to shut. The mini fridge wasn't working. But.. like I said before.. you get what you pay for. I did meet 2 amazing workers whist there. First, I'm shouting out to Kimberly! She was absolutely amazing. I was having a hard time sleeping due to the neighbors next door being a little too loud for my liking. I went downstairs and she took her time to see if I was alright and just sat there and talked to me for a few minutes. As much as I wanted to continue talking all night, she had to get back to work. She was absolutely amazing! Hard worker! If I come back, I hope to see her because she acted as a friend, which is what i was needing at that time. I liked her hospitality. The other shout out is who they call "Wheels" I would see him almost all day, everyday, working his behind off! It was very inspiring! He didn't use his disability as a crutch. Instead, he tended to the property and every time I saw him he was always so busy. Wish I could have told him he was doing an amazing job! This motel may not be perfect, but it really speaks volumes when you have such caring, compassionate, hard workers working for it. Keep up the great work! I see a lot of potenial there!"
"Room was completely disgusting. I added pics. Left the room after 10 mins of seeing the nastiness. Mold, roaches, stains, bed bugs, broken stuff. Front desk claimed I would get a refund. After a cat and mouse game with the manager, I lost money. I will never go there again or refer anyone ever!"
"We've stayed in 15 hotels on this 6000 mile road trip and this was THE WORST. Bugs in the bed ( I killed 5 of them that were filled with blood), dead animal or sewer smell in the bathroom (had to keep door closed all night), mold in the shower, water never got hot enough for a quick rinse off with a wash cloth, ripped carpet. We should have left but we were exhausted and already unpacked. I somehow managed to sleep but I kept thinking bugs were biting me"
