"Location has great shopping and entertainment options, as it's nestled right next to Central mall as well as groceries and luxury shopping. All easily w/in walking or bicycling distances. Natalie and the office ladies are absolutely some of the best ppl I have had business with and work very hard to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They will work with you if your have maintenance issues or even if you just need that extra paycheck to make rent. The 2 years I have been here have been great and i would definitely recommend The Bluffs as a good place. I hope this helps for anyone looking at finding a place to stay while living in Fort Smith."
