"Greystone Apartments at the street 4001 S 16th street is the worst Apartments you can come to. don't move here they don't do nothing to make you happy so you stay I have a 2 months old baby girl my husband requested maintenance since early this morning because our air conditioning broke and they don't care to come fix it for you at all now I have my 2 months baby girl cooking in this heat inside and they don't care to come fix it I have my 2 months baby girl and they don't care to come fix the air conditioning I have my 2 months baby girl cooking inside from this heat it's terrible people the owners they don't care to take care of the Apartments the Apartments"
"Probably the worst experience I've ever had when renting. It's hard to get ahold of anyone. If they answer they say they'll call with an update and never do. It takes a week or more for maintenance to show up even for "emergencys" then when they show up they swear they'll be back to finish the job and sometimes it takes days for them to come and sometimes they never do. No one listens or cares. Terrible experience."
