"Crown Ridge would be a decent place to live if the property manager — Chris Turpin — wasn't rude and unprofessional. He likes to belittle tenants who have children and/or a disability. If you have any young kids, Chris Turpin will evict you for the stupidest reasons, like clogged toilets. If you are disabled, don't expect Chris to understand or be compassionate. You are better off finding a different place to live because Crown Ridge is full of drama and headaches. Things do not get fixed in a timely manner, no matter how many times you put in a maintenance request. Dennis who is the maintenance man said he wanted to run over my two boys just because they were riding bicycles in the parking lot. The pool hasn't been working for the last three years I've put up with this place. They make you swim at Chapple Ridge. But that's not all...Chris Turpin has kicked my kids out of the pool several times for little reasons that could have been dealt with professionally. Instead, he yells at them and makes them feel bad about themselves. If you move here, all I can say is I told you so. Better off renting an apartment somewhere else... Now that's an honest review!"
